Terms of Usage
Customer acknowledges that Customer is not authorized to resell, relabel for resell, or repackage for reselling the KCPP Disinfectant (the “Product”) and that the Product will only be used by Customer according to all technical directions and specifications shown on the Product label and Safety Data Sheet. Customers may repackage and relabel for their own use, but they must follow the EPA recommendations for secondary packaging. Repackaging for the purpose of reselling may only be conducted with an expressed formal written agreement from Kop-Coat Protection Products. In consideration of Kop-Coat allowing Customer to purchase the Product, Customer agrees to the following indemnification obligations, which are in addition to any existing obligations under the Terms and Conditions of Purchase published on the Kop-Coat Protection Products website. Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Kop-Coat harmless against any losses, costs, expenses (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys’ fees), claims, damages, liabilities, penalties, actions, proceedings or judgments (collectively, “Losses”) resulting from any claim, suit, action, or proceeding brought by any third party against the indemnified party related to or arising out of the unauthorized resale or repackaging for resale or relabeling for resale of the Product.

• KCPP Disinfectant can be used in the following areas: Bathrooms, Locker rooms, Homes, Motels, Public facilities, clinics, Public rest rooms, Dental offices, Schools, Health care facilities, Shower/bath areas, Medical offices, Nursing homes, Playground equipment, Day care centers, Bars, Restaurants, Business/office buildings, Colleges, Correctional facilities, Exercise facilities, Factories, Hotels, Cars/Vehicles, Airports, Airplanes, and others (Contact KCPP for questions).
• For Hospital Use KCPP Disinfectant can be used on washable hard, nonporous surfaces of: Non-critical medical equipment surfaces: Beds (Medical), bed frames, bed rails, crutches, defibrillators, gurneys, medical examining tables, medical lamps, rescue tools, resuscitators, medical scales, stands, stretchers, stethoscopes, walkers, wheelchairs.
